Refund Policy

At EXAMBUG, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a limited refund policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 3 days of your subscription purchase.

Refunds are applicable only if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed/used.

Refund Amount

Eligible refunds will be processed as a full refund of the subscription fee, excluding applicable taxes and transaction charges.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at support@exambug.com with your order details.

Refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests made after 3 days of purchase.

Subscriptions where more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

Refunds cannot be claimed for promotional or discounted subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
